1. Introduction

Welcome to Anukruti Home. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our website, products, and related services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, as applicable.

Please read the product descriptions, available images, selected variants, size specifications, pricing, and relevant policies carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer right or legal obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, contact details, delivery address, and any other information reasonably required to fulfil your purchase.

4. Product Information, Images, Colours and Variations

Actual product appearance may vary slightly from its on-screen representation because of screen calibration, device settings, lighting conditions during photography, image processing, and the natural characteristics of textile materials. Such minor variations do not necessarily indicate that an incorrect product has been supplied.

Customers are encouraged to review all available product photographs, descriptions, specifications, colour or variant options, and other relevant details before purchasing. Where multiple variants are offered, customers should select the intended variant carefully and review the selection displayed at checkout.

Product photographs and styled room images are intended to illustrate the product and its appearance. Backgrounds, decorative accessories, room furnishings, and other styling elements shown in photographs are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

We do not guarantee that a product's appearance on every screen will exactly match its physical appearance. However, this provision does not excuse a materially inaccurate product description, a wrong variant, a defective item, or a product that materially differs from what was advertised or agreed upon. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Product Availability and Pricing

Products are offered subject to availability. We may update product descriptions, prices, promotions, photographs, and stock information from time to time.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices and product details are accurate. If a material error or stock issue is identified after an order is placed, we will contact the customer and explain the available options, subject to applicable law.

A product being displayed on the website does not guarantee that it will remain in stock until checkout is completed. Any applicable taxes and compulsory charges will be disclosed as required by law.

6. Orders and Order Confirmation

An order is subject to successful processing and confirmation. A payment notification alone may not always mean that a complete order record has been generated, particularly where a technical interruption occurs.

If payment is received but the order confirmation is missing, customers should contact us with their payment reference and contact details. We will make reasonable efforts to verify the transaction and either fulfil the valid order or arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Customers should verify the product, selected variant, quantity, size, delivery address, and contact details before submitting an order. Where we contact a customer to clarify an incomplete or ambiguous order, fulfilment may require that clarification.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions. Any cancellation, rejection, or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

7. Payments and Refund Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Their systems, transaction references, processing times, and settlement procedures may differ from our store's order-management records.

We will take reasonable steps to verify payment discrepancies reported by customers. Refunds, where approved or legally required, will be processed through the applicable payment method or another lawful method agreed with the customer.

Refund timelines may depend on the payment provider and banking institution. We will provide reasonable assistance where a payment or refund requires investigation.

8. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

We use third-party logistics and delivery partners to transport orders. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may be affected by operational delays, weather, transport disruptions, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond the estimated schedule.

Customers should provide a complete delivery address, a reachable phone number, and any information reasonably required for successful delivery. If a delivery attempt fails, customers should respond promptly to delivery communications and provide any required delivery verification.

We will reasonably assist customers in investigating delayed, misrouted, lost, or incorrectly delivered consignments. The use of a third-party carrier does not automatically remove any responsibility that applicable law places on Anukruti Home.

Customers should report visible transit damage, missing items, or an apparent wrong-product delivery promptly and provide relevant photographs, packaging details, and order information where available. Such evidence assists investigation but does not replace any mandatory legal rights.

9. Product Care and Use

Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or stated in its description. Improper washing, bleaching, drying, ironing, storage, alteration, or other misuse may affect a product's appearance or condition and may be relevant when assessing a return or damage claim.

Normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery by improper use may not qualify as a manufacturing defect. This does not affect rights relating to a defect or deficiency that existed at delivery or any protection required by law.

10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, time limits, return procedures, packaging requirements, inspection, and return-shipping arrangements.

Except where a return or refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved by Anukruti Home, returns for preference, styling, or change-of-mind reasons are not ordinarily accepted.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions overrides the Return & Refund Policy or any mandatory right to a remedy for defective, deficient, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anukruti Home is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from temporary website unavailability, third-party technical interruptions, or a customer's failure to provide accurate information.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. We will take reasonable steps to address technical issues affecting order placement, payment verification, and customer communications.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or consumer remedies arising from defective, deficient, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products.

We will assess reported damage or loss during shipping on the facts of the case and in accordance with applicable law and our responsibilities as the seller. This section does not create a blanket exclusion of responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.

12. User Conduct and Website Security

You agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities on the website.
Use automated systems to scrape or access the website without authorisation.
Attempt to compromise website security or interfere with its normal operation.
Submit knowingly false information or impersonate another person.
